• Hot-dipped galvanized: HDG coatings improve corrosion resistance and durability while minimizing your total cost.
• Zinc-plated: As another cost-effective option, zinc plating adds corrosion and rust- resistance to each U-bolt.
• Neoprene-coated (Pro-Coat): Neoprene provides insulation for the bolt while boosting its corrosion and chemical resistance, also aids in securing and minimizing vibration.

Our U-bolt inventory includes both standard (Anvil FIG 120 U-bolts) typically range in pipe size from 1/2″ thru 10” or long tangent (Anvil FIG 137 U-bolts) range in pipe size from 1/2” thru 36”. We can also quote special U-bolt requests if a drawing is provided with the necessary measurement and specifications.

For industrial or mechanical applications that expose the pipes to moist or wet environments, such as pump and valve component, we also offer a Delrin pad that helps to prevent galvanic corrosion to pipes in these applications, moreover, in combination with neoprene (Pro-coat) U-bolts will add additional anti vibration and corrosive prevention. The Delrin pads can be formed into many shapes and sizes, but the half round shaped Delrin is the most common.
